Shopping List
We’ll be making one of my all time favorite recipes, Keto Butter Chicken. It’s warming and feels like comfort food, not to mention it has such powerful healing spices. I’ve found Indian cuisine incredibly amazing to turn into keto dishes and I love sharing them with you and can’t wait to hear what you think!
Fun in the Sun & Practicing What I Preach
Summer is coming to end but it’s not over yet. The UV index is still high and if you’ve been receiving my newsletters or following me on instagram you know I’ve been irritated lately with the “safety recalls” on sunscreen.
Last month it was Neutrogena and Aveeno. This month it’s Banana Boat. They say the sun is bad for you & will cause c*ncer so protect yourself from it by using the sunscreens that also cause c*ncer. 🙄🤯 It just doesn’t make sense and the truth is they’re all bad!
